OPA! Comedy Night
What a night!
Our OPA! Comedy Night was a hugely successful evening! Our School was beautifully transformed, the drinks were flowing, the laughs a plenty and the music superb.
A great night was had by all and we thank all for attending, bidding and supporting our School!
So many have contributed in so many ways from sourcing auction donations, setting up, cleaning up, collecting props and more. We thank each and everyone of our community for the contributions made. A special thank you to a small and dedicated team of volunteers who made it all happen. To Kate, Cerian, Caterina, Jen, Deena, Kira, Helga and Melissa – thank you, we couldn’t have done it without you!
The children and their teachers amazed us again with their creativity and teamwork producing some gorgeous artworks which are no doubt taking pride of place in some homes now.
Many local business generously donated to the auction and we ask that everyone keeps them in mind when in need of a particular product or service. The proceeds, still being finalised, are in the vicinity of $16,000 to $17,000 and will contribute to ongoing improvements in our outdoor learning spaces.
Yet again, a fantastic example of what can be achieved as a community. Thank you.
