Report a Student Absence

Absences

As of Monday 19/08/2024, all student absences must be reported through the ConnectISMS School App as this webform will be decomissioned.

The ConnectISMS School App can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS Devices) or Play Store (Android Devices) and parents can use their ISMS ICT login credentials to access the app.

Current parents can report absences, such as sickness or doctor appointments, by either completing the below form or emailing [email protected] prior to 8:00am of the day of the absence.

Request for leave during term time e.g for travel/holiday must be emailed through to the Principal via [email protected], in the first instance.

Parents will be sent a text message requesting confirmation and details of absences if not reported before 8:45 am.
