Group 1: Elected officials, senior executives/manager, management in large business organisation, government administration and defence, and qualified professionals. Tradespeople generally have completed a 4-year trade certificate, usually by apprenticeship. All tradespeople are included in this group. (metal fitters and machinists, motor mechanics, structural steel/welding trades workers, carpenters and joiners, plumbers, painters, electricians, chefs/cooks, hairdressers)
