Nido and Toddler Transition (0 – 20 months)

Parents and their babies meet weekly (for one and a half hour) in a nurturing environment to share knowledge about human development, experiences and ideas. Topics discussed include feeding, sleeping, toileting, the importance of brain and language development, hand-eye coordination and movement, to name but a few.

Classes run 9:00am to 10:30am (Toddler Transition) or 1:00pm to 2:30pm (Nido) during term time.

Parent Toddler Program (PTP) (20 – 36 months)

PTP is a two hour weekly session for parents and their toddlers who engage in a range of activities in a specially prepared environment. Parents are offered practical suggestions concerning the application of Montessori principles in the home and benefit from observing their child using these principles in the classroom. The program responds to the child’s absorbent mind and strong sense of order, which is particular to this age group.

Classes run from 9:00am to 11:00am during term time.
